Oyisultra.com, KONAWE SELATAN – Tahapan perekrutan badan adhoc Panitian Pemungutan Suara (PPS) pada Pemilu 2024 mendatang oleh KPU Kabupaten Konawe Selatan (Konsel) telah dibuka sejak, 18 Desember lalu dan akan berakhir pada hari ini Jumat, 30 Desember 2022. Telah tercatat hingga Jumat (30/12) jumlah pendaftar pada aplikasi SIAKBA sudah mencapai ribuan.
Ketua KPU Konsel, Aliudin S.Ip saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan, bahwa mekanisme rekrutmen calon PPS tidak jauh beda dengan rekrutmen calon PPK yang telah usai dilaksanakan tahapannya.
“Tidak jauh beda, tetap mengunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Anggota KPU dan Badan Adhoc (SIAKBA), yang beda hanya terlihat dari jumlah pendaftarnya,” ujar Aliudin, Jumat (30/12/2022).
Aliudin menjelaskan, untuk teknis tahapan seleksi tertulis calon PPS juga akan menggunakan sistem atau metode Computer Assisted Test (CAT). Hal ini untuk menjaga transparansi pelaksanaan rekrutmen calon PPS.
“Kami sudah melaksanakan pleno, tes tertulis PPS akan menggunakan sistem CAT itu sudah tertuang dalam berita acara,” jelas Aliudin.
Ia menerangkan, sebagai antisipasi pelaksanaan CAT bagi calon PPS, KPU Konsel lebih awal telah melakukan pemetaan kecamatan yang memiliki atau tidak memiliki perangkat CAT atau komputer.
“Kami sudah lakukan survei dan pemetaan serta menghitung jumlah perangkat yang akan kita gunakan dengan menyeimbangkan jumlah pendaftar dan jumlah hari pelaksanaan CAT, Insyaallah KPU Konsel siap,” tegas mantan Ketua PPK Kecamatan Lainea ini.
Aliudin menambahkan, KPU Konsel akan membutuhkan 1.053 orang yang akan mengisi jabatan penyelenggara adhock PPS di 351 Desa/Kelurahan tersebar di 25 Kecamatan wilayah Konsel.
”Kita akan tetapkan 1.053 orang anggota PPS sisanya dengan angka yang sama akan menjadi calon PAW,” tambahnya.
