Oyisultra.com, BUTON – Wakil Bupati (Wabup) Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, (Konsel) Sulawesi Tenggara (Sultra) menegaskan kepada para atlet yang tergabung dalam kontingen Konsel jika meraih medali langsung diberikan bonus pada perhelatan Porprov ke-XIV yang dilaksanakan di Kota Baubau dan Kabupaten Buton.
Hal tersebut Rasyid tegaskan usai menyerahkan bonus kepada ketiga atlet dayung Konawe Selatan yang meraih medali. Sabtu (26/11/2022).
Rasyid menjelaskan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan memiliki banyak atlet-atlet yang berprestasi sehingga banyak yang dilirik oleh daerah lain.
“Ada beberapa daerah yang menjajikan atlet kita akan dibayar sampai 50 juta sehingga ada beberapa atlet di Konsel tergiur. Tapi Ketua KONI Konsel langsung membuat kebijakan untuk langsung membayar cash atau tunai 20 juta. Secara moral lebih baik yang 20 juta dari pada yang 50 juta kalau hanya janji,” terangnya.
Kata Rasyid, bonus 20 juta untuk Konsel bukan hanya janji tapi langsung dibayar ditempat. “Dari pada tidak jelas mendingan 20 juta,” tegasnya.
Diketahui, Atlet dayung Konsel berhasil menyumbangkan medali emas oleh, Cantika pada nomor perseorangan model kayak 200 meter, sedangkan 2 medali perak disumbangkan Wiken Restascia nomor jarak 500 Meter, Waode Wahyuni meraih Perunggu, dan masing – masing langsung diberikan Bonus berupa cek, Medali Emas 20 juta, Perak 10 juta, Perunggu 5 juta.
