Laskar Sultra Desak Satgas PKH Hentikan Aktivitas CV Unaaha Bakti Persada di Konawe Utara

Oyisultra.com, KENDARI — Diduga tempat keluarnya ore nikel ilegal, Presidium Laskar Sultra desak APH menyegel segala bentuk aktivitas di jetty CV. Unaaha Bakti Persada (UBP). Senin (27/10/2025).

Diketahui salah satu terminal khusus (Tersus) yang ada di blok Morombo Kabupaten Konawe Utara (Konut) yang diduga sering digunakan untuk kejahatan lingkungan menjadi pintu keluarnya ore nikel ilegal oleh perusahaa yang ada di blok Morombo tepatnya di wilayah Eks PT. Elit Karisma Utuma (EKU) II.

Presidium Lentera Pemerhati Aspirasi Rakyat (LASKAR SULTRA) Israwan S.Ap membeberkan bahwa jetty CV. Unaaha Bakti Persada (UBP) sering menjadi tempat sandarnya kapal tongkang untuk mengangkut ore nikel diduga ilegal di Konawe Utara khususnya di Blok Morombo.

Israwan menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan melawan hukum tersebut sampai hari ini masih terjadi di blok Morombo dan belum tersentuh hukum sama sekali antara pelaku penambang ilegal maupun beberapa pemilik jetty yang sering digunakan.

“Jetty CV. Unaaha Bakti Persada diketahui bahwa sejak 5 April 2025, izin penggunaan sementara untuk umum Jetty CV. UBP telah habis masa berlakunya dan belum sama sekali diperpanjang,” ujar Israwan dalam keterangan tertulisnya yang diterima media ini, Senin (27/10/2025).

Ia juga mendesak kepada Satgas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (PKH) dan Aparat Penegak Hukum (APH) untuk turun langsung menutup segala bentuk aktivitas melawan hukum tersebut, karena Ore nikel yang dimuat diduga berasal dari wilayah eks. PT. Elit Karisma Utuma (EKU) II.

Israwan juga dengan tegas meminta kepada Kementerian Perhubungan, melalui Kantor Unit Penyelenggara Pelabuhan (KUPP), untuk menertibkan jetty CV. UBP yang diduga beroperasi secara ilegal atau tidak sesuai izin.

Tak hanya itu, ia juga meminta dengan tegas kepada Kementerian ESDM dan Kementerian Kehutanan, yang kemudian memiliki kewenangan untuk melakukan penertiban secara langsung, terutama pada lahan-lahan tertentu, serta memiliki kewenangan pengawasan secara keseluruhan.

“Melihat tidak adanya tindakan tegas dari pemerintah maupun APH, sehingga kadang masyarakat harus menegakkan hukum dengan caranya sendiri, dan bila hal itu dibiarkan terjadi maka akan mencedarai kewibawaan negara kita sebagai negara hukum,” tegas Israwan.
